Working with Arya in the Deloitte Design Team was truly a pleasure. As one of the youngest team members, she was consistently eager to learn and take on new challenges. Her natural curiosity and proactive attitude made her a standout from the start. Nithin just six months of joining as a junior designer, she confidently took the lead on a client project, including facilitating client-facing meetings independently. She was always keen on designing and co-creating workshops with stakeholders and clients. She nad been highly collaborative and made sure to bring in cross functional insights before decision making.
