While powerful digital solutions exist, their adoption is often slowed by fragmented systems, inconsistent standards, and the lack of reusable, interoperable tools that can be easily integrated into clinical workflows. The product was envision to bridge the gap between healthcare offerings and application development in clinical care.

I collaborated with stakeholders and global multidisciplinary team within Deloitte USI to define the future product scope by architecting multiple workflows to explore and create new offerings, enhancing operational efficiency and turnaround time.
Through an iterative design approach, I designed multiple iterations of wireframes leading to end-to-end 4 intricate interactive prototypes, meeting the needs of each persona: The Consumer, Provider, Admin and Super Admin
